Globally, young people are facing the harsh realities of widespread unemployment, unhappiness and even civil unrest. At the heart of these societal ills are big daunting issues like inadequate training (workforce readiness), lack of mentoring, outdated career counseling, and global competition. They’re big problems, but there are solutions. We have to believe that, and keep working towards bringing more of them to greater numbers around the world.
