This week we’d like to introduce Damone Franklin a young, ambitious student and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, CA. Damone is a total go getter! He’s attending Loyola Marymount University and get this, he currently holds THREE internships: NFTE (The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), The Black Sports Agents Association, and HeadQuarter Entertainment. As if that isn’t enough, Damone is also extremely passionate about D.R.E (The Disciplined Respected Entrepreneurs Program) a network created to support African-American students interested in entrepreneurship.
When we asked Damone where he sees himself in 5 years here’s what he shared: “I see myself as a recent grad of a top MBA Program, and well established as an entrepreneur and investor with a best-selling book aimed at helping young people increase their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.”
Damone’s personal definition of success: “To live a life without limits because I deserve happiness, abundance, and prosperity.”
Damone’s top 3 tips for achieving success in any career:
1. Know what you’re good at as well as what you need to work on.
2. Begin every year, month, and day with a vision of what success looks like to you and go after it!
3. Love what you do so you’ll never work a day in your life!
Now those are words to live by!
